Foi fácil, a pior parte foi descascar as avelãs, bom como essa parte eu não fiz, ela me disse que foi bem chatinho de fazer, mas também não sei se vende avelãs já "peladinhas" heheeheh, não ficou idêntico a Nutella não, mas ficou bem parecida.....bom vamos a receita:<br />
<u>Ingredientes:</u><br />
1 xícara de avelãs torradas e sem pele<br />
115 gramas de chocolate amargo derretido<br />
2 colheres de cacau em pó<br />
meia xícara de açúcar<br />
<u>Modo de preparo:</u><br />
Primeiro passo é torrar as avelãs, depois deixe esfriar e retire a casquinha.<br />
Coloque em uma processadora a avelã e bata bastante, reparem que ficará cremosa, adicione o chocolate derretido, o cacau, o açúcar e a baunilha, não pare de bater....<br />
Coloque em um pote, e esta pronto.<br />

Essa receita rende mais ou menos 20 e pouquinhas esfihas.<br />
Para a massa vocês vão precisar de :<br />

10 g fermento biologico seco (1 saquinho)<br />

Misture a farinha, o açúcar e o fermento, acrescente a água, o óleo e o sal, misture até que vire uma massa homogênea. Envolva com um pano o recipiente que esta descansando a massa. Deixe por 25 minutos descansando.<br />

1 pacote de massa para pastel redondo<br />
1 saquinho de catupiry<br />
250 gr de carne moida (usei patinho)<br />
azeitonas (opcional)<br />
meia cebola cortada em quadradinho<br />

pimenta do reino a gosto<br />
2 dentinhos de alho<br />
ps: rende mais ou menos 15 pasteis.<br />

eu recomendo que façam e comam no mesmo dia, o ideal é fazer de manhã e comer a tarde, já da tempo do morango soltar seu liquido e vai escorrendo pro chantilly e cai no suspiro :) no dia seguinte também fica bom, mas some o suspiro, porque vira um liquido.<br />

500 ml de creme de leite fresco<br />
5 colheres de sopa de açúcar<br />
2 caixinhas de morangos<br />
200 g de suspiro<br />

5 ou 6 Batatas asterix (aquelas rosinhas por fora)<br />
100 g de bacon em fatias<br />
Óleo para fritar<br />
Sal a gosto<br />
Pimenta do reino a gosto<br />
150 g de queijo mussarela, corte em tirinhas<br />
150 g de queijo prato, corte em tirinhas<br />

<u>Modo de preparo:</u><br />

Lave bem as batatas e corte em tiras, com a casca mesmo, assim que forem cortadas, vai colocando em um recipiente com água fria e gelo ( para que as batatas não escureçam) depois que tiver tudo cortadinho em tirinhas(tipo palito), enxugue as batatas com um pano de prato limpo e seco. Frite as batatinhas. Depois de frito coloque um pouquinho de sal , e pimenta do reino a gosto.<br />
Em uma frigideira vá fritando os bacons em tirinhas... depois de fritinhos tire um pouco da gordura com ajuda de um papel toalha.<br />
Bom, coloque em um recipiente as batatas , por cima os dois tipos de queijo, e depois o bacon.<br />
Leve ao forno por uns 5 a 10 minutinhos, até derreter o queijo.<br />
Agora é só servir :)<br />

Vamos aos ingredientes :<br />

3 ovos<br />
2 colheres de sopa bem cheia de margarina (100gr)<br />
1 xícara de suco da laranja<br />
2 xícaras de açúcar<br />
3 xícaras de farinha de trigo<br />
pitadinha de sal<br />
1 colher de sopa de fermento<br />
6 bananas d água<br />
1 colher de canela<br />
3 colheres bem cheia de açúcar<br />

<u>Para a massa:</u><br />

bata na batedeira os ovos, a manteiga e o açúcar, por uns 2 minutos até que fique homogêneo, acrescente o suco da laranja , a farinha aos poucos, a pitadinha de sal ,e por último o fermento.<br />
